Comfortable Stay with Great Breakfast
My partner and I enjoyed our one-night getaway during the festive season. The room offered a cozy vibe and gorgeous views of the Central Station. Breakfast was a highlight with plenty of options. For future guests, arrive early for the best selection at the buffet!

Lift situation needs addressing to avoid long waits!!! Temperature control issues create a disturbing stay!!! Clearer information about amenities and services would enhance the guest experience!!!

the location of this hotel is super convenient, right across from the train station and near the metro which is great! the breakfast was cool too, with a ton of options and the staff always kept things stocked. our room was super clean and comfy, def going back to that same room next time.
but the noise from the street was kinda annoying at night, and i was disappointed that the lifts were out of order during my stay.

Friendly staff made me feel welcome from the start.
The noise from the nightclub below made it hard to sleep.

A Wonderful Night in Newcastle!
Had a fabulous stay! The staff surprised me with a complimentary drink upon check-in. My queen room was clean and cozy, perfect after a day exploring the city. Try the breakfast buffet – so many tasty options! Parking is easy but can fill quickly, so arrive early.

Loved our stay! The room was super spacious and we really enjoyed the cozy lounge area and game room for some downtime. Just a heads up, the single lift was a bit slow during peak hours, but it didn't take away from the overall great experience! 😊

The place is close to the Utilita Arena and the BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art, making it easy to explore. Rooms are spacious and modern. The breakfast is solid with lots of options. Definitely recommend staying here for a fun trip!
We had a little issue with the vegetarian options at breakfast. they weren't clearly labeled, leading to a less than tasty surprise with my sausage. But it didn't ruin our fun.

The hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk from the Utilita Arena. We were a big family with four kids, and everyone loved the comfortable room and amazing breakfast options. The staff were friendly and eager to help us make the most of our stay.
In my wife’s opinion, a pool would make this hotel much more family-friendly.

We stayed here for a night, and the room was clean and had a really spacious feel. I loved the relaxing lounge area and the cozy spot by the fireplace to unwind. Only downside was that the parking lot was a bit tight, but it didn't ruin our stay at all! 😊

Conveniently located opposite Newcastle central station.
Breakfast choices could use improvement, especially the sausages.

The breakfast spread here is top-notch, with lovely scrambled eggs and a waffle maker that’s a real treat! The location's spot-on too, just steps away from the train station and close to fab local spots like The Hudson and Central Oven & Shaker. Nathan at reception gave me the best check-in experience, making me feel right at home!
Had some noise issues from the nearby bar on Saturday night, and the elevator situation was a bit dodgy with only one working. Still, the staff tried their best to sort things out for us! Just keep in mind, it could get loud on a weekend.
